Q. What should I do if I am arrested for a DWI?

A. First,  if you are given the "Implied Consent Advisory" (that is, if you are asked to take a blood test or urine test), politely ask to speak to an attorney before you answer.  Then, call an attorney. If you don't know the name of an attorney to call, ask for a telephone book. Call the attorney at home if you are calling after normal business hours. Remember, you may need to try more than one telephone number before you reach an attorney. Follow the attorney's instructions.
